More Than Real Estate

At Guide, we believe real estate is about more than buying and selling homes. It’s about the people, neighborhoods, and communities that make a place feel like home. That’s why giving back has always been an important part of who we are.

Since 2019, our team has given more than $175,000 and countless hours to local charities and organizations. From toy and coat drives to school supply drives, golf tournaments, and everything in between, we’ve always looked for ways to lend a hand and support the people and places that make our communities special. In 2024, we wanted to make that part of our culture even more intentional, so we officially started Guide for Good.

Every quarter, we plan a team volunteer day with a local organization, giving our agents an easy way to make giving back part of their business and their life. We’ve had the opportunity to work alongside organizations like The Delores Project, Food Bank of the Rockies, and Extreme Community Makeover, giving our time and getting involved in ways that make a real difference.

At the heart of Guide for Good is a simple idea: when we’re fortunate enough to be part of a community, we should find ways to give back to it. Whether we’re donating, volunteering, or simply showing up when we’re needed, we’re proud to use our time, resources, and platform to make a positive impact close to home.
