Built for New Real Estate Agents

Starting a career in Denver residential real estate is exciting, but real estate school rarely prepares you for running a real business.

Guide Real Estate’s New Agent Mentorship Program helps newly licensed agents bridge the gap between licensing and real-world success. We focus on the skills pre-licensing courses often miss, including lead generation, client management, branding, and navigating your first residential transactions.

New agents work closely with experienced mentors who provide hands-on guidance through your first listings, buyers, and closings. Along the way, you’ll learn how to build a personal brand, generate consistent business, and develop a sustainable real estate career.

At Guide, mentorship is ongoing. Our systems, structure, and support help new agents build momentum, develop confidence, and establish themselves within the local real estate community.

Guidance Through Your First Five Transactions

The New Agent Acceleration Program is built to help newly licensed agents transition from real estate school into a successful career. It bridges the gaps left by pre-licensing education by providing the practical training, guidance, and support needed to navigate the real world of residential real estate.

Through mentorship, structured learning, and hands-on experience, new agents develop the mindset, habits, and skills required to build a strong foundation, serve clients confidently, and grow a sustainable real estate business. Agents remain in the program until they have completed five transactions, ensuring they gain the repetition, experience, and confidence needed to enter the industry fully prepared.

What Agents Learn in Our Program

Through Guide’s mentorship program, new agents gain hands-on experience in the real skills required to succeed in residential real estate, including:

• Writing and negotiating purchase contracts
• Hosting showings and managing buyer consultations
• Preparing CMAs and pricing homes strategically
• Navigating inspections and negotiations
• Managing listings from preparation through closing
• Building a personal brand and generating consistent business

Agents practice these skills while working alongside experienced mentors through their first transactions.
