Sarah Bowles is a Denver native who knows that real estate isn't only a job; it's a passion! Taking an analytical and creative approach to real estate, Sarah uses her extensive knowledge and experience to fight for the best interests of those around her. She consistently practices direct communication and believes in transparency above all else. Sarah’s clients commonly describe her as knowledgeable, creative, and selfless. With over ten years of experience and multi-million in sales, Sarah has been through every market condition imaginable. 

Since 2015, Sarah has provided educational opportunities to new and experienced agents and one-on-one coaching sessions. Sarah is a negotiation expert who teaches agents creative solutions and manipulation of mindsets and loves sharing her passion for it with others. She's a great ally, educator, and advocate for clients and mentees. Throughout her career in real estate, Sarah has been recognized as a 5280 award winner, a top producer at various Denver brokerages, and within the top percentage of Denver agents in terms of transactions. Sarah is an expert real estate agent - whether you are looking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate, she has the knowledge, negotiation skills, and know-how to get you where you want to be.

Sarah is CSU alumni and grew up in Golden. Sarah enjoys life with her loved ones and her dogs, Chance and Carl when she's not at the office.
